Terminating state of emergency relating to COVID-19.

Abstract

Terminates state of emergency relating to COVID-19. Prohibits Governor from declaring state of emergency or issuing executive order related to COVID-19 unless authorized by joint resolution of Legislative Assembly. Directs that capitol building be physically opened to citizens of state within five days of adoption of resolution.
